How to get a Connect Card
Pick up a registration form from any Bromley library and your Connect card will be issued to you straight away. You'll need some proof of address (eg. utility bill) and if under 18, a parent or guardian must countersign the application.
Alternatively visit your local Bromley Mytime leisure centre to pick up a registration form or download the registration form here.
Remember, whichever way you register, you'll need some proof of address in order to get your Connect card.
When you have received your card come back to http://www.getoutmore.org.uk to register online, enter competitions and qualify for top deals and discounts.
The Connect card is available to everyone aged 11-19 years wherever you live - all that is required is proof of your current address.
